A European healthcare economist hailing from Silesia, dedicated to emphasizing the influence of management on our quality of life and the world's future. In his youth, he graduated with a First Class Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from Oxford Brookes University (formerly Oxford Polytechnic), enabling him to pursue state-funded doctoral studies without recruitment at any British university. 

Currently, he continues his education with prestigious Executive MBA and MBA in Health Care programs. He translated the Total Quality Management system into the medical realm, creating the proprietary Philosophy of Total Health Prevention, transforming the conventional approach to treatment, available in three versions for doctors, patients, and institutions.

He's interested in biomedical engineering, particularly telemedicine and AI's role in disease diagnosis. He believes that the sooner AI robots and algorithms start supporting doctors, the better it will be for patients. He insists that AI should integrate and manage processes like telemedicine, medical-diagnostic devices, and hospital traffic control systems. He gained expertise in healthcare management through his master's studies, specializing in two fields: Process Organization 4.0 and Management in Sanitary and Epidemiological Facilities. During his studies, he focused on exploring the functioning of various hospitals as part of his coursework.

He's an active member of the Health Care Managers Association, Polish Society of Biomedical Engineering, American Marketing Association, Royal Economic Society, Silesian Marketing Society, Associação Portuguesa dos Profissionais de Marketing, and Polish Economic Society.

Lives with a loving family in the picturesque city of Gifhorn.
